ü Assists customers, communicates fashion trends, and assesses needs by responding to customer cues. Investigates the dormant needs assists in making the rights buying choices (Suggestive selling, Cross Selling and Add-on Sales).
ü Contributes in expanding the membership base of the organization by educating customers on benefits of Loyalty Card.
ü Aware about the slow movers and Fast Movers in his/ her category.
ü Maintains a comprehensive customer database including requirements.
ü Inventory management and control through ensuring 100% compliance of Standard Operation Procedure.
ü Complies with all loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
